How first contact works
- Call or write: Reception on 08141 15051-20 or sekretariat@doktor-quak.de — ideally during phone hours.
- Clarify your request: new patient, acute question or ongoing treatment. First-consultation appointments are arranged via reception.
- Helpful to bring: previous findings, medication list, vaccination record if available. Do not send sensitive diagnoses by unencrypted email.
