This English text is a translation of the German Datenschutzerklärung. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

2. Principles

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it confidentially and in accordance with the law, in particular the GDPR and the German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG / TDDDG).

Personal data are processed only where permitted by law or with your consent. Health data under Art. 9 GDPR are not collected systematically via this website (no online treatment form). Unencrypted email is not a secure channel for sensitive health information; for medical matters please use established practice channels (reception, in-person visit).

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider or web server automatically records information in server log files. This is based on our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Typically logged are, among others: requested address/file, date and time, amount of data transferred, success status, browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL if provided, IP address, and where applicable internet service provider.

Retention: log files are usually stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted, unless longer retention is required for evidence (e.g. security incidents).

Processors: where an external host is used, processing is covered by an Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreement.

4. Cookies and device storage (TTDSG)

Current status of this website: no tracking, marketing or analytics cookies are set; no Google Analytics and no social-media plugins. Purely technical hosting processes (e.g. server logs) may occur.

When you respond to the privacy notice, we store your choice in a necessary cookie named cookie_consent (12 months, path /, SameSite=Lax) so the notice is not shown again on every page. The choice may also be stored in local browser storage (localStorage). You can delete cookies and local storage data in your browser settings at any time. If optional cookies (e.g. statistics or embedded media) are introduced later, we will inform you and obtain consent where required by law.

The directions page may embed a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Loading it can transmit your IP address and browser data to Google. Alternatively use the static overview image or open Google Maps only after a click (new tab). See the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Contact (phone, email, appointment form)

If you contact us via the options on the website, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone, email, message) to handle your request. The appointment form opens your email client (mailto); data are not stored on our web server by the form itself.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request prepares or implements treatment; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries; for health data in individual cases Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR where applicable.

6. No comments / no user accounts

Visitors cannot leave public comments or create user accounts on this website version.

7. External links and third-party services

We link, among others, to MVV Munich, Deutsche Bahn and Google Maps for travel planning. When you follow a link, the privacy rules of the respective provider apply. Opening YouTube or audio from external hosts on the media library may also transfer data to those providers.

8. Analytics and social media (not used)

Google Analytics and Facebook/social plugins are not used on this website version.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

In production the site is served via HTTPS so that traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted.

10. Retention (overview)

• Server logs: usually max. 7 days
• Contact requests: until processing is complete, then deletion or restriction unless legal retention applies
• Treatment records: under professional/social law rules (not website-only use)

11. Your rights
